Pet Bottle Collection

The first step in the RPSF process is the collection of discarded PET bottles from Environment Protection Agency (EPA) registered PET suppliers. These bottles are sourced from various locations, including recycling centers, waste collection points, and even from consumers who actively participate in recycling programs. The collected bottles undergo preliminary sorting to remove contaminants like caps and labels.

Khalis Fiber & Spinning is at the forefront of sustainable practices with its remarkable Pet Bottle Collection and recycling initiatives. Khalis Fiber & Spinning has installed capacity to process 50 tons of PET waste every day. In a year, this amounts to a staggering 18 million kilograms of PET bottles waste transformed into useful products, making a substantial contribution to reducing plastic pollution.

The company’s commitment to sustainability, quality, and safety sets a commendable example in the recycling industry, demonstrating how responsible practices can lead to environmental preservation, job creation, and the production of valuable recycled materials.

Certified Suppliers: Khalis Fiber & Spinning’s commitment to sustainability extends to its suppliers, who are EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) certified. This ensures that the PET bottles collected and supplied to Khalis Fiber meet stringent environmental standards, ensuring the quality and sustainability of the raw material.
