This dual approach guarantees that the PET flakes are thoroughly cleaned and contaminants are effectively removed.
Normal or Cold Washing: In this method, the PET flakes are washed with water at ambient temperatures. The goal is to remove surface contaminants and ensure the flakes are clean and ready for further processing.
Steam or Hot Washing: Steam or hot washing involves cleaning the PET flakes with hot water and steam. This more aggressive washing method helps remove stubborn contaminants and ensures a higher level of cleanliness.
